PlatformIntegration reliability for the agentic era

Other platforms detect incidents. Traxivo autonomously finds the failures nobody reported.

The platform works across the systems you already run, internal and vendor integrations, software and hardware devices alike, and drives every issue to resolution with human oversight.

  • 100+ connectors, hardware and software alike
  • Enterprise scale
  • Security first · read-only

Agents are moving into production faster than the controls around them

33%of enterprise applications will include agentic AI by 2028, up from under 1%1
15%of day-to-day work decisions will be made autonomously by AI agents by 20281
40%+of agentic AI projects cancelled by 2027, weak risk controls among the causes1
$300K+per hour of downtime for over 90% of mid-size and large enterprises2
+60%rise in global API downtime, year over year3
897applications in the average enterprise, and only 29% of them connected4

The blind spot

Every API call succeeded. The business outcome still failed.

A 200 OK is not a business outcome. Provider-side signals show that calls go through. They do not show the records that never arrived, the workaround your team has normalised, or the agent that never finished its task. That evidence lives on your side of the integration, scattered across your monitoring, tickets and email, and, for connected hardware, in the telemetry the devices themselves report.

01Silent failures

A payments API returns 200 OK while some events never reach billing. Every dashboard stays green.

02Normalised workarounds

A retry here, a manual fix there. Each closes a ticket and hides the fault a little longer.

03Agents that never finish

An agentic workflow spans many APIs. Every call can succeed while the task itself fails.

04Hardware that reports healthy

A device gateway keeps sending heartbeats while its uploads fail on one firmware build. The device looks online. The data never lands.

A problem no one else is solving.

Vantage point

Provider-side health: are the calls succeeding?

Your own evidence: did the outcome actually happen?

What starts the work

An incident someone noticed and declared.

Continuous discovery of the issues nobody declared, highest impact first.

What you get

A diagnosis of the problem you already knew about.

A recommended fix, in-house or external, for problems you did not know you had.

Agent evals

Scenarios someone anticipated.

Real failures from your own production.

Traxivo works alongside the observability, incident and ticketing tools you keep, and replaces none of them.

At estate scale

1.8 billion signals in. One decision a day out.

Built for enterprise scale: a Fortune 500 estate of 2,000 integrations, hardware and software, through 100+ connectors. At that scale, 1.8 billion signals a quarter come in, and your team is handed about one decision a day: twenty million signals read for every decision a person makes.

210recurringrecognised on return, not rediscovered
90decisionsabout one a day, for a named approver
Revenue stops leaking

Dropped records and failed syncs become owned issues, not variances at close.

Rework stops

Repeat faults start from their history, not from zero. Fixes replace workarounds.

Vendors stop disputing

Every escalation and renewal starts from a dated record, not memory.

Agents stop repeating

Every production failure becomes an eval case the next release must pass.

Representative of enterprise scale, not a ceiling: a modelled quarter for a 2,000-integration estate, and the ratio holds at any size because the engine does the reading. Go deeper: Customer impact · Engineering capacity · Vendor portfolio · All six scenarios →

The platform

Not decision support. A platform that does the work.

Traxivo’s proprietary engine runs continuously across your internal and vendor integrations, from the first silent symptom to the fix. It brings in a person where judgement matters, and always before anything leaves.

On its own, around the clock

  1. Reads telemetry, alerts, tickets, mail and documents as they arrive, through 100+ connectors, hardware and software alike
  2. Discovers issues nobody declared, with one record per issue
  3. Recognises a fault when it returns, months later
  4. Prioritises the most persistent, highest-impact issues
  5. Recommends the fix, in-house or external, and drafts the follow-up
  6. Keeps watching after the fix, with every vendor’s record current

Where your team decides

Before anything leaves your organisation.

Every escalation and follow-up waits for a named approver, and every decision is logged.

Proprietary engine

Purpose-built to decide, continuously and at estate scale, what is one issue, what is new and what has come back, across software and hardware systems that were never built to agree.

Hardware and software

Every source your estate already has, read as one record.

A fault does not respect the line between software and hardware. The evidence arrives as telemetry and the complaint arrives as a ticket. Traxivo reads both, at the volume, velocity and variety a connected estate produces, and keeps them on one issue.

Software signals

Monitoring, tickets, email, documents and vendor APIs

The record your teams already keep, read in place from the tools you run. Nothing to instrument and nobody to retrain.

Hardware telemetry

Terminals, devices, equipment and sensors, as they report it

What your hardware reports, read from the platforms that already manage it. Nothing is installed on a device.

VolumeMillions to billions of signals

Each event is read once and attached to the issue it concerns, so volume raises confidence rather than cost.

VelocityAs they arrive

Telemetry is read as it is reported, so a fault is on the record before the first ticket is written.

VarietyIn any shape, at any rate

Alerts, tickets, mail, documents, agent traces and device telemetry, each mapped to the integration it concerns.

100+ connectors, hardware and software alike

Any tool that can post an alert, with nothing to build.

Built for billions of events

High-velocity, read as they arrive.

Zero training on your data

And nothing to install on your infrastructure or your devices.

Full audit log

A named approver on every send.

One issue, end to end

It doesn’t flag the problem and hand it back. It works it to the fix.

    Automatic
  6. 06Eval case

Turns the failure into a test the agent must pass before every release.

    Automatic

The result: a failure no dashboard showed, found and fixed at the root, with the evidence on record and a new test for the agent.

Closing the loop

Every production failure becomes a test your agents must pass.

Agent evals are usually written from the scenarios someone anticipated. Traxivo drafts them from the failures your customers and teams actually experienced, including the wrong verdicts no single check caught. Your agent teams pull them into their evals, closing the gap between benchmark scores and production readiness.

01Production failure

An integration breaks and an agent acts on bad data.

02Issue thread

Traxivo works it to the fix, every signal on one thread.

03Eval case

Drafted from the thread and pulled into your evals through an SDK.

04Stronger agents

Each release tested against what really broke.

Tested on what broke, not what was anticipated

See which real failures your evals do not cover yet.

Resilient as the landscape shifts

Each vendor change or model update that breaks something becomes a lasting test.

The loop closes across the organisation

Fewer repeats for customers, fewer regressions for engineering.

Traxivo never runs your agents. Cases run in your own environment.

Security and governance

Controls your security team can verify.

Read-only connections

No writes to your tools, your records or your email domain.

You decide what is sent

Every follow-up waits for a named approver.

No training on your data

Credentials are dropped. Personal data follows controls your administrators set.

Separated by workspace

Each team or business unit in its own workspace, visible only to your organisation.

Everything on the record

Approvals, sent messages and connection changes in an audit log.

Hosted, nothing to install

No agents on your infrastructure or your devices, nothing to maintain.

Common questions

What evaluation teams ask first.

Anything else, ask us at corporate@traxivo.io.

What does Traxivo need access to?

Read-only access to the email, ticketing, monitoring and document tools you choose to connect, and to the platform that holds your telemetry, through 100+ connectors, hardware and software alike. We confirm which of your tools are supported before anything is connected.

Does Traxivo read hardware telemetry as well as software signals?

Yes. Terminal, device, equipment and sensor telemetry is read the same way as software signals, read-only, from the platforms that already manage your hardware. A fault first seen in telemetry and the ticket it later produces are one record.

How much data can it take?

It is built for tens of millions of events a day, in any shape, at any rate. Each event is read once and attached to the issue it concerns, which is why the team sees a handful of decisions rather than the events behind them.

What powers Traxivo?

A proprietary engine built for one job: deciding, continuously and at estate scale, which signals describe one issue, whether it is new or has come back, and what should happen next, across internal and vendor integrations. It is hosted and governed, and it runs underneath everything Traxivo does.

Do we need to be running AI agents to benefit?

No. Traxivo works on any integration estate. Agentic workflows raise the stakes, because they add counterparties to every workflow, run around the clock and can complete a task on bad data without raising an error. If you run agents, Traxivo also drafts eval cases from the issues it resolves.

Can we roll it out one team at a time?

Yes. Each team or business unit can have its own workspace with its own connections, and Enterprise plans are scoped to your estate.

Is our data used to train models?

No. Traxivo does not train or fine-tune models on customer content.
